History of the Lofts at the Muses
The Lofts at Muses is a historical loft renovation development in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. This revitalization project restored an entire city block, which consists of seven adjoining buildings built in the mid 1870s housing several notable businesses including the Muses Clothing Company. The building facades have been restored to reveal their unique historic characteristics.
The 65 lofts have been creatively designed with spacious living spaces and 12 ft. ceilings. The lofts range in size from 600 to 1, 500 sq. ft. and come with hardwood floors and magnificent windows. Each loft has its own personality and offers a vast array of distinct maple-paneled walls, bedroom skylights, and private decks, colossal arched and wrap around windows with magnificent views of Woodruff Park and Downtown Atlanta. All kitchens are complete with Euro-style cabinets, dishwasher, range and refrigerator. Parking is provided at an adjacent parking garage. A roof deck has also been added to the Muses Building offering a fantastic view of Woodruff Park and downtown Atlanta.
The community offers studio, one and two bedroom lofts ranging in size from 530 to 1,600 square feet.
